What is the cost of attending the amfori General Assembly?

The amfori General Assembly is free of charge for all members to attend.

Why is amfori charging a participant fee for the conference?

‘Unleash Opportunity’ conference offers an attractive and relevant programme, encompassing fresh training for everyday use together with inspirational insight into the future trends of trade and sustainable supply chains. We bring together the most knowledgeable players in the industry and offer the highest quality service over the two days.

We are pleased with what our conference has offered until now, and according to your feedback, at 98% of participants rating the overall programme very good or excellent, so are our participants. This contribution will help us to maintain the quality of service for all participants.

Is there a difference between 12 and 13 June?

12 June is exclusive for amfori members. It sets out to be operational in its content; introducing amfori’s strategy and providing insight into the future of the association. Breakout sessions support participants with the tools and services which are exclusive for amfori members. In addition, amfori will hold its General Assembly during the afternoon of 12 June; this is a unique decision-making body which enables amfori members to vote on and shape the future of the association.

13 June is open to all amfori members and non members; this day will welcome high-level and inspirational speakers setting the scene for the future of trade, the impact of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and new business models to remain future fit for the years to come. Breakout sessions remain practical and inspirational.

What is the dress code?

amfori recommends ‘business wear’ throughout the conference, including the evening gala / cocktails.

What is the working language of the event?

The conference will be held in English.

Will I need a visa?

amfori advises all conference delegates to check visa requirements for their country of citizenship before travel, If you require an invitation letter for a visa, please contact Heather Kiggins, amfori Events Coordinator.

 Who can attend the evening gala?

The evening gala on 12 June is open exclusively for amfori members, a limited number of places are available for invited external parties.
