The conference provides daily free shuttles departing from Brussels Central Station

Please confirm your seat upon your registration online to the conference.

 From / to Airports:

– The Dolce La Hulpe is located at 20-minute drive from the Brussels airport (BRU). Taxi would cost approx. 35€.
– Should you land in Brussels South airport (CRL), the drive would be 45 minutes and costs approx. 65€.
– At the end of the conference, on June 19 at 5pm, a free shuttle bus will be provided to depart from the Dolce La Hulpe to Brussels airport (BRU).(Please confirm your seat upon your registration online to the conference.)

You can book your taxis anytime at the Dolce La Hulpe main reception desk. Please consider a minimum of 30′ notice for the taxi to arrive.

 

FAQ

What is the dress code?

amfori recommends ‘business wear’ throughout the conference, including the evening & dinners. Please also consider your sport/swimming outfits to enjoy the optionals outdoor activities.

What is the working language of the event?

The conference will be held in English.

Will I need a visa?

amfori advises all conference delegates to check visa requirements for their country of citizenship before travel, If you require an invitation letter for a visa, please contact us at [email protected]

Is there a difference between 18 and 19 June?

18 June is exclusive for amfori members. It sets out to be operational in its content; introducing amfori’s strategy and providing insight into the future of the association. Breakout sessions support participants with the tools and services which are exclusive for amfori members. In addition, amfori will hold its General Assembly during the afternoon of 18 June; this is a unique decision-making body which enables amfori members to vote on and shape the future of the association.

19 June is open to all amfori members and non members; this day will welcome high-level and inspirational speakers setting the scene for the future of trade and new business models to remain future fit for the years to come. Breakout sessions remain practical and inspirational.

The evening walking dinner on 18 June is open to all delegates registering for it.

What is the cost of attending the amfori General Assembly?

The amfori General Assembly is free of charge for all members to attend.

How do I benefit from the early bird offering?

The early bird offering applies until april 26th to the full conference packages available.
